R-38.5 ceiling insulation (1.25" foam plus R-30 fiberglass)

By adding the 1.25" of Closed cell sprayed foam insulation to the ceilings already standard  R-30 fiberglass batt insulation it gives a total R value of 38.5.  This also provides a great sound barrier when the upstairs is finished.
